Yashnand Engineers and Contractors Pvt. Ltd. executed the planning, design, engineering and construction of multiple residential and institutional facilities at the Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya University of Health Sciences campus in Kutail, Karnal, Haryana under an Engineering Procurement and Construction contract framework. The project included the development of UG hostels for boys and girls, rehabilitation centre facilities, student kitchen and dining blocks, junior and senior resident hostels and multiple residential bungalow-type staff quarters forming an integrated residential ecosystem supporting the university’s medical education and research activities. The development comprised RCC framed structures integrated with complete building services including electrical systems, sanitary and plumbing networks, water supply infrastructure, sewage systems, HVAC installations, fire fighting and fire protection systems, lifts and associated utilities. Supporting infrastructure included STP and ETP systems along with allied civil works. The campus development was executed up to a maximum building height of approximately 36.30 metres with structures reaching up to G+9.5 storeys and a total plinth area of about 53,114 sq. m reflecting the scale of institutional infrastructure development.
