We executed the construction of the National Institute of Research in Environmental Health (NIREH) campus at Bhauri, Bhopal, comprising a core institutional building with specialized laboratory facilities and supporting infrastructure for research and academic operations. The scope included civil construction integrated with MEP services such as plumbing and sanitary networks, electrical systems with lifts and ELV installations, firefighting and fire alarm systems, HVAC infrastructure, water supply networks, sewage treatment systems, and external development works. The campus was developed in line with LEED Gold sustainability standards, incorporating energy-efficient systems and environmentally responsible infrastructure. The facility is supported by a robust electrical setup including 1600 kVA transformers and dedicated diesel generator backup systems to ensure uninterrupted operation of critical laboratory environments.
