Yashnand Engineers & Contractors Pvt. Ltd. executed the construction of the 450 bedded Mother and Child Hospital at Agar Road, Ujjain developed under the M.P. Housing & Infrastructure Development Board. The hospital complex comprises Basement 1 & 2 with Ground + 6 upper floors designed as an RCC framed structure with a maximum height of approximately 38.15 metres and a total built-up area of about 29,455 sq. m. The scope included comprehensive civil construction along with sanitary and plumbing works and complete internal electrical installations including lift systems. Advanced extra low voltage systems including data networks, CCTV and nurse calling systems were integrated along with fire alarm and fire fighting systems. The project also incorporated centralized HVAC installations and a complete Medical Gas Pipeline System to support critical hospital operations. Specialized Modular Operation Theatres were constructed in accordance with hospital standards. Supporting infrastructure included STP and ETP systems, sewage drainage networks, solar water heating systems and RO plants ensuring operational sustainability of the healthcare facility.
