
At YNEC, we are executing the New Integrated Terminal Building and associated infrastructure at Imphal International Airport under an EPC framework. The project includes the passenger terminal, ATC Tower, Technical Block, utility buildings, apron and link taxiways.
EPC Scope
Our scope comprised end-to-end engineering, procurement, and construction covering civil works, a 2,500 MT structural steel superstructure, comprehensive architectural and finishing packages, and an 8,500 sqm semi-unitized structural glazing façade system. Interior works included 33,000 sqm of false ceilings and 17,500 sqm of stone and tile flooring, executed to high durability and performance standards. The development further extended to 35,000 sqm of external works encompassing landscaping and parking infrastructure, supported by integrated storm water drainage, plumbing networks, façade lighting, waterproofing, and advanced cladding systems.
