
The project comprised comprehensive civil, architectural, MEP, and ELV works. Civil works included excavation and earthwork for three basement levels, reinforced concrete construction, AAC block masonry, and integrated waterproofing systems. Architectural finishes included Italian marble, vitrified and ceramic flooring, granite staircases, marble and tile cladding, gypsum partitions, and designer false ceilings. The façade system incorporates semi-unitized structural glazing with ACP cladding. Building services include a 33 kV / 440 V substation, 1600 kVA transformers, LT distribution, HVAC systems, firefighting and gas suppression systems, along with ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, baggage scanners, and IBMS. Additional infrastructure includes a 45 kW solar photovoltaic system and stackable parking systems.
