Yashnand Engineers and Contractors Pvt. Ltd. executed the construction of an institutional campus for The Gujarat State Co-Operative Bank Ltd. at the prestigious Sardar Sarovar Dam site, Navagam, Gujarat. The project comprised multiple RCC framed structures including a G+5 Guest House, a G+1 Auditorium Building with a Shopping Centre, and a Ground Floor Residential Building. The total built-up area of the development is approximately 18,150.96 sq. m., constructed over a plot area of 14,688 sq. m., demonstrating comprehensive planning and efficient land utilization. The project involved a fully integrated civil and electromechanical scope including civil construction works and complete internal and external electrical infrastructure. The electrical systems included sub-station installation, DG systems, and HT & LT power lines. The development also incorporated water supply, sanitary and drainage systems along with treatment facilities such as STP, ETP, WTP, and RO plants with pumping systems. Additional infrastructure included lifts, HVAC systems, firefighting and fire detection systems with sprinkler networks, and ELV systems such as CCTV surveillance, public address systems, data and LAN networks, access control systems, and IBMS integration to support efficient building operations.
