The project comprised the construction of residential quarters and hostel buildings for GMERS Medical College at Vadnagar in District Mehsana, Gujarat. The development included G+8 and G+9 RCC framed structures with a total built-up area of approximately 53,540.23 sq. m designed to accommodate residential and hostel facilities within the medical college campus. The scope included civil construction works along with complete electrical installations, fire fighting systems, solar water heating systems and lift installations to support the residential infrastructure requirements of the campus.
