Yashnand Engineers and Contractors Pvt. Ltd. executed the furnishing and integrated services works for the hospital building at GMERS Medical College Campus, Himmatnagar. The hospital is designed as a 750 bedded tertiary healthcare facility comprising Basement 1 & 2, Ground Floor and 5 upper floors constructed as an RCC framed structure with a total built-up area of approximately 98,898 sq. m and an overall structural height of about 31.95 metres. The scope included civil finishing works, sanitary and plumbing systems and complete internal electrical installations including passenger and stretcher lifts to support patient and service movement. Advanced extra low voltage systems including data networks, CCTV and nurse calling systems were integrated across the facility. The project also incorporated centralized HVAC systems of approximately 1600 TR capacity, fire alarm and fire fighting systems, and a complete Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) to support critical care units, operation theatres and hospital wards. Specialized Modular Operation Theatres were constructed to meet medical infrastructure standards along with interior finishing and furniture works to deliver a fully operational hospital environment.
