Yashnand Engineers and Contractors Pvt. Ltd. executed the construction of a new medical college and the upgradation of the existing hospital building at Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh. The development includes a 750 bedded hospital complex designed as a Basement, Ground + 6 storey RCC framed structure along with G+6 staff quarters. The total built-up area of the campus is approximately 1,37,463 sq. m reflecting the scale and complexity of the institutional healthcare infrastructure. The scope included comprehensive civil works along with campus road networks and horticulture development. Complete water supply, sanitary and drainage systems were implemented including STP, ETP, WTP, RO systems and pumping installations. Electrical infrastructure included internal and external electrification, sub station installations, DG sets, street lighting, HT and LT line works and high-capacity power distribution systems. The project also incorporated lift installations, HVAC systems, fire fighting and fire detection systems with sprinklers and pumps and full ELV integration including CCTV, PA systems, data and LAN networks, smart classrooms, smart library systems, access control, UPS and IBMS. A dedicated Medical Gas Pipeline System was installed to support hospital operations.
