The project involved the construction of 1120 Economically Weaker Section (EWS) housing units at Kathwada TP-110, FP-86 within the AUDA (Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority) area. The development was undertaken under Job No. 39/2013-14 and executed in accordance with the contract agreement. The residential blocks were constructed as G+7 structures using monolithic RCC wall and slab systems with aluminium alloy concrete mould technology, enabling uniform structural quality and faster repetitive construction cycles suited to mass housing development. The total built-up area of the project is approximately 53,227.13 sq. m., with form finish concrete shuttering area of about 309,345.29 sq. m., reflecting extensive use of aluminium formwork systems. The scope included civil construction works along with internal electrical installations, firefighting systems and lift installations. Campus development works included internal roads, water supply networks and drainage infrastructure to support the residential community.
